Screening Tenants

We try to process applications 6 days a week. Our typical turnaround time is 24-48 hours. Our screening process is comprehensive and includes:

• Identifying Verification
• Credit Check
• Criminal Check
• Eviction Check
• Rental Verification
• Income Verification
• Pet Information and Documentation

We believe in selecting the BEST tenant – not the first.

Once we have received the application approval:

• Owner confirmation of approval
• Ensure it is Fair Housing Compliant
• Collection of deposit at lease signing
